At Allison Izu, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, then securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or your exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
